How did I get into the field?
I always been into music since a kid. While incarcerated, writing music was how I coped during my 8.5 year sentence. I knew that music was what I wanted to do it was my only option.
What do you love most about your profession?
What I love most about my profession is the way it makes me feel when I put them headphones on to record and when I write. I love how the fans react when I make a new song and they have the same excitement as if they were me creating it lol. It’s All genuine Love & support.
Tell us more about what you do?
More about what i do? I speak about real life real pain and give authentic vibes. There is nobody that sounds like me. Own style. Im from the raq (Chicago lol) but I make music for the world . I honestly feel I’m a generational talent humbly speaking. & all praise go to the most high for blessing me with the gift that i have.
When did you discover that you had a passion for this field?
I discovered I had a passion in music when it was all I thought about every day all day. When I knew that music was the only way i knew how to express myself and being satisfied after the feelings came out. It’s like with music I’m in my own world I don’t see nobody else in front of me behind me left side or right side. It’s just me god the microphone the beat and these lyrics !
Who in your field do you look up... Who do I look up too?
I wouldnt use look up to as the phrase, but I would say I got a lot of influence from Durk, Drake, j Cole & Wayne . Them artist come different everytime and don’t miss & I honestly feel like I’m up there with them . We talk about song structure, song substance, delivery, Energy, Pain , & AUTHENTICITY. That’s Jumpman Yella ! I’m in that category period
