What you purchase is the promotion and placement of your music to our own channels and audience. Any views, plays, or follower growth that result come organically from that real exposure. We provide promotional services, content, and placements only. We do not sell, buy, guarantee, or fabricate followers, likes, views, plays, streams, or any other social-media engagement, and we never use bots, fake accounts, or artificial activity of any kind.
All reach and metric outcomes vary by release, audience, timing, and platform behavior, and they are never guaranteed. Nothing on our website or in any communication should be read as a promise of a specific number of views, streams, plays, followers, or any other result.
Playlist, blog, and outlet placements are offered at the discretion of those third parties. We pitch and present your music professionally, but the decision to feature or place it belongs to the editors, curators, and outlets involved. We cannot and do not guarantee any placement.

Delivery
Delivery timeframes are listed per package. A timeframe starts once we have received the required assets from you, such as music links, artwork, and your bio. Delays in providing assets will move the delivery window accordingly.
Refunds
