Cheesy Records TV provides intangible promotional services. These include channel features, filmed interviews, content production, playlist pitching, and managed advertising campaigns. We do not sell physical goods. Because nothing is shipped, there are no shipping charges and no physical returns. The results of promotional work vary by release, audience, and timing, and they are never guaranteed.

When Work Begins

Payment is taken up front. Work begins once we have received your payment and you have submitted the required assets, such as music links, artwork, a short bio, and any other materials a package needs. Until those assets arrive, your order is considered pending and no production work has started.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel before production begins, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Once work has started, refunds are prorated. We refund the portion that covers work not yet performed, and we keep the portion that covers work already completed.
  • To cancel, email us as early as possible so we can pause work and calculate any refund accurately.

Refund Eligibility

If we fail to deliver within the stated timeframe for a package due to our own fault, you may choose one of two remedies. You may request that we redo or complete the work, or you may request a refund of the undelivered portion of the service. We will confirm your choice in writing before we act on it.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Work that has already been performed.
  • Completed and published deliverables, such as a feature, interview, or piece of content that is already live.
  • Third-party advertising spend that has already been placed on platforms on your behalf.

Refunds are not provided based on reach, views, streams, plays, or follower outcomes. Those results depend on factors outside our control, including platform behavior and audience response, and they are never guaranteed. Our service is the promotional work we perform, not a specific metric result.

How to Request a Refund
