How Delivery Works

What You Receive and When

Promotion is an intangible service. Here is exactly how each package is delivered.

You Submit Assets

After checkout we send an intake form. Your delivery timeframe starts when we receive your finished audio, video, artwork, and details.

We Produce & Publish

We create your feature, interview, or campaign content and publish it across the agreed channels within the stated timeframe.

You Get a Report

On completion we send a delivery report with links to everything published and a summary of the work performed.

Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is made up front to schedule and begin your promotion. We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods confirmed at checkout. Your payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we never store your card details.

Refunds & Cancellation

You may cancel for a full refund any time before production begins. Once work has started, refunds are prorated for work not yet performed. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
