How did you get into the field that you are in today?
I always wrote poetry and enjoyed different genres of music. I was playing around with a friend one day free styling and everybody let me know that it was something I should take seriously. With my passion for music, it felt like a natural progression.
What do you love most about your profession?
I love that I’m able to put out music that I and other people enjoy
When did you discover that you had a passion for this field?
I always had a passion for music. I still have old notebooks of songs that will never see the light of day
Who in your field do you look up...
DMX, he always was able to evoke raw emotion that you could clearly hear in his music. Also, his ability to create hits to dance to, but also tapping into deeper topics. Most of all, I admired how he was able to discuss his beliefs unapologetically.
