What is your profession?
I’m an artist. I also edit and do some videography.
How did you get into the field that you are in today?
Ever since I was a kid I always felt musically inclined. Music always helped me get through tough stages in my life even before I knew it. Singing my favorite songs felt like I was being set free and so in 7th grade I made my SoundCloud. Even though I always thought up until my senior year of high school that you had to be famous to get in the studio and record. After the realization of that not being the case, I got my connections up and the rest is history.
What do you love most about your profession?
I love most the ability of self expression and knowing that you can help someone else out in the world with a beat and words. It’s a great feeling.
Tell us more about what you do?
I see my myself as more of a songwriter and like to take time with my craft. I shoot and edit some of my music videos as well. I’m into fashion also and I’m always trying to get my drip up.
When did you discover that you had a passion for this field?
It’s really always been there, but I put first single out when I was 17. Growing up I was active in school and church choir so I feel like all that was preparing me for now and the future.
Who in your field do you look up?
Some of my biggest inspirations are Playboi Carti and Lil Uzi Vert. They really paved the way for music today and their influence has really made a major impact on my day to day life. They are my G.O.A.T.’s.
